The Village Course twists, turns, rises and falls through the West Maui Mountains, toping out at 800 feet above sea level. Providing hilly terrain with links-style playability, the course features 61 bunkers and 4 water hazards.

All three Kapalua golf courses are "Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuaries". Kapalua's courses received this Sanctuary designation by meeting the stringent environmental standards set forth by the Audubon International for water conservation, habitat enhancement, public involvement, integrated pest management and more.
Holes 6 & 7 are located next to a man-made lake that has carp weighing up to 40 pounds living in it.
Kapalua resort was named to GOLF Magazine's 1998 list of "Gold Medal Resorts."
